There are plenty of different beverages available these days that it is difficult to know what to get. One of the best ways to discover which the best quality wines are is to read reviews. At least that way you will have some knowledge of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Others opinions are really the best way of choosing excellent wines.

I did mostly drink cocktails and have a good French Horn recipe which I used to mix. Even the most elaborate cocktails are actually easy to make. For instance, the French Horn recipe includes the following ingredients:

1 oz vodka
3/4 oz Chambord® raspberry liqueur
1/2 oz lemon juice

Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure are very expensive! Even during specials, you can easily break your budget by consuming a couple of cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will choose white wine or champagne. I have discovered which are the best organic wines available and believe that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a delicious drink which is most probably much healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever I can I prefer to order Australian organic wine or low sulphate wine. I love American wines but am willing to try anything. I have also tried wines from Argentina before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to pick a wine based on the country where it is grown, you can be surprised at the quality of wines made in regions not known for wine production.

There are many websites where you can find wine reviews to enable you to make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer rose or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I prefer to read wine forums because you can then get fairly instant comments on the wine you are thinking of drinking.

If you are looking for more information on organic wines then check out Treehugger for information on how buying organic produce is less damaging for out planet. Wikipedia also has some great articles on organic farms and organic food and wine.
