General Cocktail recipe

There are so many different drinks available in the shops that it is difficult to know what to choose. One of the simplest ways to find out which the best wines are is to find reviews. That means you will have some knowledge of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really the best way of choosing excellent wines.
I did mostly drink cocktails and have a tasty General Cocktail recipe which I used to make up. Even the most elaborate cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the General Cocktail recipe consists of only these ingredients:
2 oz vodka
2 oz orange juice
4 oz Lipton® iced tea
1 dash grenadine syrup
Cocktails are a lot of fun to have at a party or at a hip bar but they sure are expensive! Even during discount times, you can often break your budget by drinking a few cocktails. So these days, more often than not I will choose red wine or champagne. I have discovered which are the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a great drink which is most probably much healthier and with fewer calories.
Whenever possible I prefer to order organic wines or low sulphate wine. I adore American wines but am willing to try anything. I have even tried wines from Argentina before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to pick a wine based on the region where it is made, you can be surprised at the quality of wines made in regions not known for wine production.
There are many sites where you can find wine recommendations to help you make a good choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find many reviews online. I tend to read wine forums because you can then get immediate comments on the wine you are thinking of drinking.
If you are interested in organic wines then visit Treehugger for information on how choosing organic wine is less damaging for out planet. Wikipedia also has some great articles on organic farming and organic food and wine.
