There are many different alcoholic drinks available these days that it is confusing to know what to get. One of the best ways to know which the best value for money wines are is to find reviews. That means you will have some knowledge of the type of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really one of the best way of discovering great wines.
I did mostly drink cocktails and have a great Georgian Sunrise recipe which I used to make up. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Georgian Sunrise recipe includes only these ingredients:
3/4 oz tequila
1/4 oz peach schnapps
1/2 oz strawberry liqueur
3 oz sweet and sour mix
Cocktails are a lot of fun to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure are expensive! Even during discount times, you can simply break your budget by drinking some cocktails. So now, more often than not I will stick to rose wine or champagne. I have learnt which are the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a tasty drink which is most likely better for me and with fewer calories.
Whenever possible I prefer to buy organic wines or low sulphate wine. I adore French wines but am glad to try anything. I have also tried wines from Argentina before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not always a good idea to choose a wine based on the location where it is grown, you can be amazed at the quality of wines produced in areas not known for wine production.
There are many places where you can find wine reviews to enable you to make a good choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I like to read wine blogs because you can then get immediate feedback on the wine you are considering purchasing.
