Gin Fix recipe

There are plenty of different drinks available in the shops that it is difficult to know what to get. One of the easiest ways to know which the best wines are is to check out reviews. That way you will have some idea of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really a great way of finding excellent wines.

I used to mostly drink cocktails and have a great Gin Fix recipe which I used to mix. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Gin Fix recipe includes the following ingredients:

1 tsp superfine sugar
1 oz lemon juice
2 tsp water
2 oz gin
1 maraschino cherry
1 slice lemon

Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during specials, you can often break your budget by drinking some cocktails. So now, more often than not I will stick to rose wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and accept that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a tasty drink which is most probably better for me and with fewer calories.

Whenever possible I prefer to order Australian organic wine or low sulphate wine. I enjoy Australian wines but am willing to try anything. I have also tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to pick a wine based on the country where it is produced, you can be amazed at the quality of wines produced in regions not known for wine production.

There are many places where you can find wine information to help you make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I like to read wine social media sites because you can then get immediate opinions on the wine you are thinking of purchasing.
