Gin Rickey recipe

There are many different drinks available these days that it is not easy to know what to get. One of the simplest ways to find out which the best quality wines are is to check out reviews. At least that way you will have some idea of the type of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really a great way of finding great wines.
I did always drink cocktails and have a great Gin Rickey recipe which I used to make. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Gin Rickey recipe uses the following ingredients:
1 1/2 oz gin
juice of 1/2 limes
carbonated water
1 lime wedge
Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure are expensive! Even during specials, you can often break the budget by consuming some cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will drink red wine or champagne. I have learnt which are the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a delicious drink which is most likely healthier and with fewer calories.
Whenever possible I prefer to drink Australian organic wine or preservative free wine. I adore Australian wines but am willing to try anything. I have even tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to choose a wine based on the country where it is made, you can be surprised at the quality of wines produced in regions not known for wine production.
There are many sites where you can find wine reviews to allow you to make a good choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find many reviews online. I like to read wine forums because you can then get fairly instant feedback on the wine you are thinking of purchasing.
If you are thinking of trying organic wines then see Treehugger for details on how purchasing organic produce is less destructive for the environment. Wikipedia also has some excellent articles on organic growing and organic food and wine.
