There are so many different drinks available now that it is not easy to know what to choose. One of the simplest ways to find out which the best value for money wines are is to find reviews. That way you will have some inclination of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really a great way of discovering delicious wines.

I did mostly drink cocktails and have a great Go-Go Girl recipe which I used to make up. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. For instance, the Go-Go Girl recipe uses only these ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Bacardi® light rum
1 1/2 oz mango nectar
3 1/2 oz pineapple juice

Cocktails are a lot of fun to have at a party or at a hip bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during discount times, you can often break a budget by having a few cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will stick to rose wine or champagne. I have discovered which are the best organic wines available and accept that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a delicious drink which is probably healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever possible I prefer to drink Australian organic wine or preservative free wine. I love Australian wines but am willing to try anything. I have happily tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to choose a wine based on the location where it is grown, you can be surprised at the quality of wines produced in areas not known for wine production.

There are many places where you can find wine reviews to enable you to make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find many reviews online. I like to read wine social media sites because you can then get immediate feedback on the wine you are thinking of buying.
