Golden Colada recipe

There are many different drinks available now that it is confusing to know what to choose. One of the easiest ways to discover which the best wines are is to read reviews. That way you will have some idea of the type of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really one of the best way of discovering delicious wines.

I used to often drink cocktails and have a great Golden Colada recipe which I used to mix. Even the most elaborate cocktails are actually easy to make. For instance, the Golden Colada recipe includes only these ingredients:

1 1/2 oz dark rum
3/4 oz white rum
1/4 oz Galliano® herbal liqueur
1 1/2 oz orange juice
3/4 oz pineapple juice
3/4 oz coconut cream
1/4 oz cream

Cocktails are a lot of fun to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure are very expensive! Even during specials, you can simply break your budget by consuming a few cocktails. So these days, more often than not I will choose rose wine or champagne. I have discovered which are the best organic wines available and accept that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a tasty drink which is most probably much healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever I have a choice I prefer to drink organic wines or no added preservative wine. I love Australian wines but am glad to try anything. I have also tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to choose a wine based on the region where it is made, you can be amazed at the quality of wines grown in regions not known for wine production.

There are many websites where you can find wine reviews to allow you to make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer rose or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I tend to read wine forums because you can then get immediate opinions on the wine you are thinking of purchasing.

If you are thinking of trying organic wines then see Treehugger for details on how buying organic wine is less damaging for soils. Wikipedia also has some good articles on organic growing and organic food and wine.
