There are plenty of different alcoholic drinks available these days that it is not easy to know what to get. One of the simplest ways to find out which the best quality wines are is to find reviews. That way you will have some idea of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really the best way of discovering excellent wines.
I did always drink cocktails and have a good Green Dream recipe which I used to make up. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Green Dream recipe includes the following ingredients:
6 oz Midori® melon liqueur
2 oz vodka
2 oz pine-orange-banana juice
Cocktails are a lot of fun to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure are expensive! Even during happy hour, you can easily break a budget by consuming a few cocktails. So these days, more often than not I will drink rose wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a tasty drink which is most probably healthier and with fewer calories.
Whenever I can I prefer to drink organic wines or preservative free wine. I enjoy American wines but am happy to try anything. I have even tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to pick a wine based on the location where it is made, you can be shocked at the quality of wines grown in areas not known for wine production.
There are many places where you can find wine recommendations to enable you to make a good choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I tend to read wine social media sites because you can then get fairly instant opinions on the wine you are thinking of drinking.
