There are so many different beverages available these days that it is confusing to know what to get. One of the simplest ways to know which the best quality wines are is to read reviews. That way you will have some inclination of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really the best way of discovering excellent wines.
I would often drink cocktails and have a tasty Green Fairy recipe which I used to mix. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Green Fairy recipe consists of the following ingredients:
1 oz absinthe herbal liqueur
1 oz water
juice of 1 lemons
2 tsp egg white
1 dash Angostura® bitters
Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during happy hour, you can simply break a budget by drinking some cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will choose white wine or champagne. I have learnt which are the best organic wines available and accept that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a great drink which is probably healthier and with fewer calories.
Whenever I can I prefer to drink Australian organic wine or low sulphate wine. I love American wines but am willing to try anything. I have even tried wines from Argentina before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to pick a wine based on the country where it is grown, you can be shocked at the quality of wines produced in regions not known for wine production.
There are many sites where you can find wine information to help you make a good choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I like to read wine social media sites because you can then get almost instant opinions on the wine you are thinking of buying.
