Grenache Wine in Kramer

The odd glass of wine now and then is not only delightful for some people, it is also thought to have a lot of health benefits. While not proven, consuming wine, and red wine in particular, is thought to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, provide a certain level of cancer protection and could also defer the signs of aging.

Grenache Wine in Kramer

It is most definitely true that I do not drink daily, I do devour a glass of Grenache wine sometimes, most often when I am at a quiet meal with some friends. The most recent time I headed out to dinner in Kramer was at El Maguey Mexican Restaurant. From my experience that's a good place to eat dinner and have a glass of Grenache wine. As an aside, you could also do a little celebrity spotting there as I have heard that Helen Hunt once had a drink there. I am not sure if that's a true story though.

Speaking of well known celebrities, that reminds me of a famous line:

Love lives on hope, and dies when hope is dead

Not that I know who wrote that and I admit I don't know why I quite suddenly thought of that but we can leave that for another day...

So, if you are trying to have a delicious little glass of wine (or three) in Kramer, try some Grenache wine, it's delicious.
