Enjoying a couple of glasses of wine now and then is not only unwinding for heaps of people, it is also accepted to have plenty health benefits. Although perhaps not proven, drinking the odd glass of wine, and red wine in particular, is widely believed to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, provide a certain level of cancer protection and can also somewhat reduce the signs of aging.

Grenache Wine in Melbourne

Even though you could say that I don't drink much wine on a weekly basis, I do devour a glass of Grenache wine every now and then, generally when I am having a quiet dinner with a group of friends. The last time I headed out for dinner in Melbourne was at Abruzzi Cedar House. I believe that place is a cool place to eat a meal and drink a glass of Grenache wine. Not forgetting, you might be able to also do a little bit of celebrity spotting there as they say that Colleen Haskell once had a couple of drinks there. I am not sure if I believe that though.

While I'm thinking about famous people, that reminds me of an old well known line:

The want of goods is easily repaired, but the poverty of the soul is irreparable.

Not sure who wrote or said that and I don't know why I just this moment recalled that but that's another story...

Back to the wine, if you are wishing to have a great small glass of wine (or two) in Melbourne, try some Grenache wine, it's definitely worth your time.
