Grenache Wine in Valley Head

Enjoying a glass or two of wine now and then is not only an enjoyable experience for some people, it is also well known to have a wide number of health benefits. While yet to be proven, drinking wine, and red wine in particular, is believed to reduce the risk of heart disease, provide a level of cancer protection and can possibly also reduce the signs of aging.

Grenache Wine in Valley Head

While it is most definitely true that I do not drink alcohol daily, I do love a glass of Grenache wine every now and then, quite often when I am having an evening with family. The last time I headed out for dinner in Valley Head was at Glisan's Restaurant. I believe that restaurant is a pretty cool place to eat a meal and have a glass of Grenache wine. Also, you might be able to also do a little celebrity spotting there as a couple of people told me that Tara Reid once drank there. I'm not sure if I believe it though.

While I'm thinking about celebrities, that reminds me of this not so famous quote:

I had a terrible education. I attended a school for emotionally disturbed teachers.

Not that I have any idea who wrote or said that and I am not sure why I just this moment remembered that but we'll leave that for another day...

So anyway, if you are wishing to have a nice glass of wine (or more) in Valley Head, try some Grenache wine, it's really great.
