Hot Rum Toddy recipe

There are so many different drinks available these days that it is confusing to know what to get. One of the simplest ways to know which the best quality wines are is to read reviews. At least that way you will have some knowledge of the type of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really one of the best way of choosing delicious wines.
I used to often drink cocktails and have a great Hot Rum Toddy recipe which I used to make up. Even the most elaborate cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Hot Rum Toddy recipe uses the following ingredients:
2 oz rum
1 tsp sugar
5 1/2 oz boiling water
Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure are very expensive! Even during specials, you can simply break the budget by having some cocktails. So now, more often than not I will choose white wine or champagne. I have learnt which are the best organic wines available and accept that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a great drink which is most likely healthier and with fewer calories.
Whenever possible I prefer to order Australian organic wine or low sulphate wine. I adore American wines but am willing to try anything. I have even tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not always a good idea to pick a wine based on the location where it is made, you can be shocked at the quality of wines made in regions not known for wine production.
There are many sites where you can find wine information to help you make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I tend to read wine forums because you can then get almost instant opinions on the wine you are considering drinking.
