There are plenty of different drinks available these days that it is difficult to know what to buy. One of the easiest ways to discover which the best wines are is to find reviews. At least that way you will have some idea of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Others opinions are really one of the best way of finding excellent wines.

I used to mostly drink cocktails and have a tasty Immaculata recipe which I used to mix. Even the most elaborate cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Immaculata recipe uses only these ingredients:

1 1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1/2 oz lime juice
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp superfine sugar

Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure are very expensive! Even during specials, you can easily break your budget by drinking a few cocktails. So these days, more often than not I will drink white wine or champagne. I have learnt which are the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a delicious drink which is most probably healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever possible I prefer to order Australian organic wine or no added preservative wine. I love French wines but am glad to try anything. I have also tried wines from Argentina before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to choose a wine based on the country where it is grown, you can be amazed at the quality of wines produced in areas not known for wine production.

There are many sites where you can find wine recommendations to help you make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I prefer to read wine social media sites because you can then get fairly instant comments on the wine you are considering drinking.
