Jackath recipe

There are plenty of different alcoholic drinks available in the shops that it is not easy to know what to choose. One of the simplest ways to find out which the best quality wines are is to read reviews. At least that way you will have some inclination of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Others opinions are really a great way of choosing great wines.

I used to always drink cocktails and have a good Jackath recipe which I used to make. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Jackath recipe consists of the following ingredients:

1 oz vodka
2 tsp brandy
1 tsp creme de cassis
1 tsp Cointreau® orange liqueur
2 dashes orange bitters

Cocktails are a lot of fun to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure are very expensive! Even during specials, you can often break your budget by drinking some cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will choose red wine or champagne. I have learnt which are the best organic wines available and accept that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a delicious drink which is probably much healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever I have a choice I prefer to drink Australian organic wine or no added preservative wine. I enjoy American wines but am willing to try anything. I have even tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to judge a wine based on the region where it is grown, you can be amazed at the quality of wines produced in areas not known for wine production.

There are many websites where you can find wine recommendations to help you make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I prefer to read wine forums because you can then get fairly instant comments on the wine you are thinking of drinking.

If you are thinking of trying organic wines then check out Treehugger for help on how purchasing organic wine is less destructive for soils. Wikipedia also has some excellent articles on organic farms and organic food and wine.
