June Sparkle recipe

There are plenty of different beverages available these days that it is not easy to know what to choose. One of the easiest ways to find out which the best quality wines are is to read reviews. That means you will have some knowledge of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really one of the best way of choosing excellent wines.

I did mostly drink cocktails and have a great June Sparkle recipe which I used to mix. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the June Sparkle recipe uses only these ingredients:

3 1/2 oz Champagne
1/2 oz strawberry liqueur
1 oz pineapple juice

Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure are expensive! Even during happy hour, you can often break the budget by consuming a few cocktails. So these days, more often than not I will choose rose wine or champagne. I have discovered which are the best organic wines available and believe that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a tasty drink which is probably much healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever I can I prefer to order organic wine or preservative free wine. I adore Australian wines but am willing to try anything. I have happily tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to choose a wine based on the region where it is produced, you can be shocked at the quality of wines grown in countries not known for wine production.

There are many websites where you can find wine recommendations to allow you to make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I prefer to read wine blogs because you can then get fairly instant opinions on the wine you are thinking of buying.

If you are thinking of trying organic wines then check out Treehugger for help on how choosing organic food is less harmful for soils. Wikipedia also has some excellent articles on organic farms and organic food and wine.
