K.G.B. recipe

There are so many different beverages available in the shops that it is confusing to know what to get. One of the easiest ways to find out which the best value for money wines are is to check out reviews. At least that way you will have some inclination of the type of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really one of the best way of choosing great wines.

I did mostly drink cocktails and have a great K.G.B. recipe which I used to make. Even the most elaborate cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the K.G.B. recipe includes only these ingredients:

1 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz Kummel® caraway liqueur
1/4 tsp apricot brandy
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1 twist lemon peel

Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a hip bar but they sure are expensive! Even during specials, you can easily break the budget by consuming a few cocktails. So these days, more often than not I will stick to red wine or champagne. I have learnt which are the best organic wines available and accept that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a delicious drink which is most probably much healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever I have a choice I prefer to order Australian organic wine or low sulphate wine. I love Australian wines but am happy to try anything. I have also tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to judge a wine based on the country where it is grown, you can be amazed at the quality of wines grown in areas not known for wine production.

There are many sites where you can find wine reviews to allow you to make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find many reviews online. I like to read wine blogs because you can then get immediate comments on the wine you are contemplating buying.
