There are so many different drinks available in the shops that it is confusing to know what to get. One of the easiest ways to discover which the best quality wines are is to read reviews. That way you will have some inclination of the type of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Others opinions are really one of the best way of choosing great wines.

I would often drink cocktails and have a good Kingston recipe which I used to mix. Even the most elaborate cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Kingston recipe includes the following ingredients:

3/4 oz spiced rum
1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz lime juice
3 dashes grenadine syrup

Cocktails are a lot of fun to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during discount times, you can easily break the budget by consuming a couple of cocktails. So now, more often than not I will drink red wine or champagne. I have learnt which are the best organic wines available and accept that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a tasty drink which is most likely healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever possible I prefer to drink Australian organic wine or preservative free wine. I enjoy French wines but am happy to try anything. I have even tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to pick a wine based on the location where it is grown, you can be shocked at the quality of wines made in regions not known for wine production.

There are many sites where you can find wine reviews to allow you to make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer rose or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I like to read wine social media sites because you can then get fairly instant comments on the wine you are thinking of drinking.
