There are so many different drinks available in the shops that it is difficult to know what to buy. One of the simplest ways to discover which the best wines are is to read reviews. That means you will have some inclination of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really one of the best way of finding great wines.
I did mostly drink cocktails and have a good Lollishot recipe which I used to make up. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. For instance, the Lollishot recipe includes only these ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Smirnoff® vodka
1/2 oz cherry juice
Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure are very expensive! Even during happy hour, you can easily break the budget by consuming a few cocktails. So now, more often than not I will choose white wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and believe that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a tasty drink which is most probably healthier and with fewer calories.
Whenever I can I prefer to order organic wines or low sulphate wine. I enjoy American wines but am happy to try anything. I have also tried wines from Argentina before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to choose a wine based on the region where it is made, you can be surprised at the quality of wines grown in areas not known for wine production.
There are many sites where you can find wine information to help you make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer rose or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I tend to read wine blogs because you can then get fairly instant feedback on the wine you are contemplating drinking.
