There are plenty of different drinks available in the shops that it is difficult to know what to buy. One of the simplest ways to discover which the best value for money wines are is to read reviews. At least that way you will have some knowledge of the type of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really a great way of finding great wines.

I would mostly drink cocktails and have a great Machine recipe which I used to make up. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. For instance, the Machine recipe consists of only these ingredients:

1 oz orange juice
1/2 oz vodka

Cocktails are a lot of fun to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during specials, you can simply break your budget by consuming a couple of cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will stick to white wine or champagne. I have learnt which are the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a great drink which is probably healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever I have a choice I prefer to buy Australian organic wine or low sulphate wine. I love Australian wines but am glad to try anything. I have happily tried wines from Argentina before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to choose a wine based on the country where it is made, you can be shocked at the quality of wines grown in countries not known for wine production.

There are many sites where you can find wine information to allow you to make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer rose or sparkling wine, you can find many reviews online. I prefer to read wine forums because you can then get immediate feedback on the wine you are thinking of buying.
