There are plenty of different drinks available these days that it is difficult to know what to buy. One of the simplest ways to know which the best quality wines are is to find reviews. That means you will have some knowledge of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really one of the best way of discovering great wines.

I used to always drink cocktails and have a good Maddress recipe which I used to mix. Even the most elaborate cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Maddress recipe includes only these ingredients:

2 oz vodka
3 oz orange juice
2 oz cranberry juice

Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a hip bar but they sure are expensive! Even during specials, you can easily break the budget by consuming a few cocktails. So these days, more often than not I will drink rose wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and believe that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a tasty drink which is most probably much healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever I have a choice I prefer to buy Australian organic wine or low sulphate wine. I adore Australian wines but am glad to try anything. I have happily tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to judge a wine based on the region where it is made, you can be surprised at the quality of wines produced in regions not known for wine production.

There are many sites where you can find wine recommendations to help you make a good choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I like to read wine blogs because you can then get immediate opinions on the wine you are thinking of buying.
