Magique recipe

There are so many different drinks available in the shops that it is confusing to know what to get. One of the simplest ways to know which the best value for money wines are is to find reviews. That means you will have some idea of the type of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really one of the best way of finding great wines.

I would mostly drink cocktails and have a good Magique recipe which I used to make. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Magique recipe includes the following ingredients:

1 1/2 oz dry vermouth
1 oz gin
2 tsp creme de cassis

Cocktails are a lot of fun to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure are very expensive! Even during discount times, you can often break your budget by drinking some cocktails. So now, more often than not I will choose red wine or champagne. I have discovered which are the best organic wines available and believe that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a tasty drink which is probably much healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever I have a choice I prefer to drink organic wines or low sulphate wine. I adore American wines but am glad to try anything. I have happily tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not always a good idea to pick a wine based on the location where it is grown, you can be shocked at the quality of wines made in areas not known for wine production.

There are many sites where you can find wine recommendations to allow you to make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer rose or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I like to read wine forums because you can then get almost instant comments on the wine you are contemplating purchasing.

If you are interested in organic wines then see Treehugger for details on how choosing organic wine is less damaging for soils. Wikipedia also has some great articles on organic farming and organic food and wine.
