Mandarine Passion recipe

There are so many different alcoholic drinks available these days that it is difficult to know what to buy. One of the simplest ways to find out which the best quality wines are is to find reviews. At least that way you will have some idea of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really the best way of discovering excellent wines.

I would often drink cocktails and have a great Mandarine Passion recipe which I used to mix. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Mandarine Passion recipe uses only these ingredients:

2 cl Mandarine Napoleon® orange liqueur
2 cl dry gin
passion-fruit juice

Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a hip bar but they sure are very expensive! Even during happy hour, you can simply break the budget by having a few cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will drink white wine or champagne. I have discovered which are the best organic wines available and believe that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a tasty drink which is probably better for me and with fewer calories.

Whenever I can I prefer to order Australian organic wine or low sulphate wine. I love French wines but am willing to try anything. I have even tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to pick a wine based on the country where it is made, you can be shocked at the quality of wines produced in areas not known for wine production.

There are many places where you can find wine information to enable you to make a good choice in wine. Whether you prefer rose or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I tend to read wine forums because you can then get almost instant comments on the wine you are thinking of buying.

If you are looking for more information on organic wines then see Treehugger for details on how purchasing organic produce is less harmful for soils. Wikipedia also has some good articles on organic farming and organic food and wine.
