There are plenty of different alcoholic drinks available in the shops that it is difficult to know what to get. One of the best ways to know which the best value for money wines are is to read reviews. That means you will have some idea of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really a great way of finding delicious wines.
I would mostly drink cocktails and have a tasty Mangotini recipe which I used to make up. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Mangotini recipe uses the following ingredients:
1 1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
2 oz Snapple® Mango Madness soda
Cocktails are a lot of fun to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during specials, you can simply break the budget by consuming some cocktails. So now, more often than not I will choose rose wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a tasty drink which is most probably much healthier and with fewer calories.
Whenever possible I prefer to buy organic wines or preservative free wine. I enjoy French wines but am glad to try anything. I have happily tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not always a good idea to pick a wine based on the country where it is produced, you can be amazed at the quality of wines produced in countries not known for wine production.
There are many sites where you can find wine recommendations to allow you to make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find many reviews online. I tend to read wine social media sites because you can then get immediate feedback on the wine you are considering buying.
