Mexican Blonde recipe

There are so many different beverages available now that it is difficult to know what to buy. One of the best ways to discover which the best quality wines are is to read reviews. That means you will have some inclination of the type of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really a great way of discovering excellent wines.

I used to often drink cocktails and have a great Mexican Blonde recipe which I used to mix. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Mexican Blonde recipe consists of only these ingredients:

1 1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1/2 oz Orange Curacao liqueur
1 oz cream

Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure are very expensive! Even during discount times, you can simply break your budget by consuming a couple of cocktails. So these days, more often than not I will stick to rose wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and believe that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a tasty drink which is most probably much healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever I can I prefer to buy Australian organic wine or preservative free wine. I adore Australian wines but am glad to try anything. I have also tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to judge a wine based on the location where it is produced, you can be surprised at the quality of wines grown in countries not known for wine production.

There are many places where you can find wine information to allow you to make a good choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I prefer to read wine social media sites because you can then get fairly instant comments on the wine you are considering drinking.

If you are thinking of trying organic wines then check out Treehugger for help on how purchasing organic wine is less damaging for the environment. Wikipedia also has some excellent articles on organic growing and organic food and wine.
