Midgetini recipe

There are so many different drinks available now that it is not easy to know what to get. One of the simplest ways to know which the best wines are is to read reviews. That means you will have some knowledge of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Others opinions are really the best way of discovering excellent wines.

I used to mostly drink cocktails and have a tasty Midgetini recipe which I used to mix. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Midgetini recipe uses only these ingredients:

2 oz gin
3 oz Midori® melon liqueur
1 splash iced tea
1 splash sweet and sour mix

Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure are expensive! Even during specials, you can often break your budget by consuming a few cocktails. So now, more often than not I will choose white wine or champagne. I have discovered which are the best organic wines available and accept that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a tasty drink which is most likely healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever I can I prefer to order organic wine or no added preservative wine. I enjoy American wines but am willing to try anything. I have also tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to pick a wine based on the country where it is grown, you can be amazed at the quality of wines grown in countries not known for wine production.

There are many sites where you can find wine recommendations to allow you to make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer rose or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I prefer to read wine forums because you can then get fairly instant opinions on the wine you are thinking of purchasing.

If you are thinking of trying organic wines then visit Treehugger for details on how choosing organic food is less destructive for soils. Wikipedia also has some great articles on organic farming and organic food and wine.
