There are many different alcoholic drinks available in the shops that it is confusing to know what to buy. One of the best ways to find out which the best quality wines are is to check out reviews. That means you will have some knowledge of the type of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really a great way of discovering excellent wines.

I did always drink cocktails and have a great Midnight Flight to Malibu recipe which I used to mix. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Midnight Flight to Malibu recipe uses these ingredients:

1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1 oz creme de bananes
1 oz Malibu® coconut rum
fill with pineapple juice

Cocktails are a lot of fun to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure are very expensive! Even during specials, you can often break a budget by drinking a few cocktails. So now, more often than not I will choose white wine or champagne. I have discovered which are the best organic wines available and believe that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a delicious drink which is most probably healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever possible I prefer to buy Australian organic wine or no added preservative wine. I enjoy Australian wines but am glad to try anything. I have happily tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not always a good idea to pick a wine based on the location where it is produced, you can be amazed at the quality of wines made in regions not known for wine production.

There are many websites where you can find wine recommendations to help you make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer rose or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I like to read wine forums because you can then get immediate opinions on the wine you are considering purchasing.
