Minttini recipe

There are plenty of different alcoholic drinks available in the shops that it is difficult to know what to get. One of the best ways to know which the best quality wines are is to read reviews. That means you will have some knowledge of the type of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really the best way of discovering great wines.
I used to often drink cocktails and have a great Minttini recipe which I used to make up. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. For instance, the Minttini recipe uses these ingredients:
2 parts vodka
1 part white creme de menthe
1/2 part vermouth
Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during happy hour, you can easily break a budget by having some cocktails. So these days, more often than not I will drink red wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a delicious drink which is probably better for me and with fewer calories.
Whenever I can I prefer to buy organic wine or low sulphate wine. I love French wines but am glad to try anything. I have even tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to pick a wine based on the region where it is produced, you can be surprised at the quality of wines produced in regions not known for wine production.
There are many websites where you can find wine recommendations to help you make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find many reviews online. I tend to read wine forums because you can then get fairly instant opinions on the wine you are considering drinking.
If you are thinking of trying organic wines then check out Treehugger for information on how purchasing organic produce is less harmful for the environment. Wikipedia also has some great articles on organic farming and organic food and wine.
