Moonlight recipe

There are so many different beverages available these days that it is confusing to know what to buy. One of the best ways to know which the best value for money wines are is to find reviews. At least that way you will have some knowledge of the type of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Others opinions are really a great way of finding excellent wines.

I used to often drink cocktails and have a good Moonlight recipe which I used to make up. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Moonlight recipe includes these ingredients:

2 oz apple brandy
juice of 1 lemons
1 tsp powdered sugar

Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during discount times, you can simply break the budget by consuming a couple of cocktails. So now, more often than not I will drink red wine or champagne. I have learnt which are the best organic wines available and believe that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a tasty drink which is most probably much healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever possible I prefer to buy organic wines or low sulphate wine. I adore French wines but am willing to try anything. I have happily tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to judge a wine based on the region where it is made, you can be surprised at the quality of wines grown in regions not known for wine production.

There are many websites where you can find wine recommendations to enable you to make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I prefer to read wine forums because you can then get immediate comments on the wine you are contemplating drinking.

If you are looking for more information on organic wines then visit Treehugger for help on how purchasing organic produce is less destructive for soils. Wikipedia also has some great articles on organic growing and organic food and wine.
