Nassau Paul recipe

There are plenty of different beverages available now that it is confusing to know what to get. One of the best ways to know which the best value for money wines are is to read reviews. That way you will have some idea of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really the best way of choosing great wines.
I would mostly drink cocktails and have a great Nassau Paul recipe which I used to make up. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Nassau Paul recipe uses these ingredients:
1 oz white rum
1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz egg white
1/2 oz simple syrup
Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure are expensive! Even during specials, you can often break your budget by having a couple of cocktails. So now, more often than not I will choose white wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a tasty drink which is probably better for me and with fewer calories.
Whenever I have a choice I prefer to order Australian organic wine or preservative free wine. I enjoy American wines but am happy to try anything. I have happily tried wines from Argentina before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to pick a wine based on the country where it is made, you can be surprised at the quality of wines produced in regions not known for wine production.
There are many websites where you can find wine recommendations to help you make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I like to read wine social media sites because you can then get almost instant opinions on the wine you are thinking of purchasing.
If you are interested in organic wines then check out Treehugger for help on how buying organic wine is less destructive for soils. Wikipedia also has some good articles on organic farms and organic food and wine.
