There are many different drinks available now that it is confusing to know what to buy. One of the simplest ways to discover which the best quality wines are is to find reviews. At least that way you will have some knowledge of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really one of the best way of finding great wines.
I used to mostly drink cocktails and have a great Neon Voodoo recipe which I used to make up. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Neon Voodoo recipe uses these ingredients:
1 part apple juice
1 part vodka
3 parts Mountain Dew® citrus soda
Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a hip bar but they sure are expensive! Even during happy hour, you can easily break your budget by having a few cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will choose white wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and accept that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a tasty drink which is probably much healthier and with fewer calories.
Whenever I have a choice I prefer to order organic wine or low sulphate wine. I love French wines but am glad to try anything. I have also tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to judge a wine based on the country where it is grown, you can be amazed at the quality of wines produced in countries not known for wine production.
There are many places where you can find wine reviews to enable you to make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer rose or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I like to read wine blogs because you can then get almost instant feedback on the wine you are considering drinking.
