Pisco Sour #2 recipe

There are plenty of different drinks available now that it is confusing to know what to buy. One of the easiest ways to know which the best value for money wines are is to check out reviews. That way you will have some knowledge of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Others opinions are really the best way of finding delicious wines.
I would always drink cocktails and have a tasty Pisco Sour #2 recipe which I used to make. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. For instance, the Pisco Sour #2 recipe consists of only these ingredients:
2 oz pisco brandy
1 oz lime juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
1/2 egg white
1 dash Angostura® bitters
Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a hip bar but they sure are very expensive! Even during happy hour, you can simply break a budget by drinking some cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will drink rose wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a tasty drink which is most probably much healthier and with fewer calories.
Whenever possible I prefer to buy organic wine or no added preservative wine. I enjoy American wines but am glad to try anything. I have also tried wines from Argentina before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to pick a wine based on the country where it is grown, you can be shocked at the quality of wines made in countries not known for wine production.
There are many websites where you can find wine information to help you make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer rose or sparkling wine, you can find many reviews online. I tend to read wine blogs because you can then get fairly instant opinions on the wine you are considering buying.
If you are looking for more information on organic wines then see Treehugger for information on how choosing organic food is less damaging for soils. Wikipedia also has some excellent articles on organic farms and organic food and wine.
