Porch Climber recipe

There are so many different alcoholic drinks available in the shops that it is confusing to know what to get. One of the best ways to discover which the best wines are is to find reviews. That way you will have some inclination of the type of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really one of the best way of choosing great wines.
I used to always drink cocktails and have a great Porch Climber recipe which I used to make up. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Porch Climber recipe includes these ingredients:
1 case Molson® Canadian beer
2 cans frozen pink lemonade
26 oz Absolut® vodka
26 oz Canadian Club® whisky
Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a hip bar but they sure are expensive! Even during happy hour, you can simply break your budget by having some cocktails. So now, more often than not I will choose white wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a delicious drink which is most probably better for me and with fewer calories.
Whenever I have a choice I prefer to order Australian organic wine or preservative free wine. I adore Australian wines but am willing to try anything. I have happily tried wines from Argentina before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not always a good idea to judge a wine based on the location where it is produced, you can be surprised at the quality of wines produced in areas not known for wine production.
There are many websites where you can find wine reviews to allow you to make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I tend to read wine forums because you can then get almost instant feedback on the wine you are considering buying.
If you are interested in organic wines then see Treehugger for help on how choosing organic wine is less harmful for out planet. Wikipedia also has some good articles on organic farming and organic food and wine.
