Porky Bone recipe

There are many different drinks available now that it is confusing to know what to get. One of the best ways to know which the best wines are is to read reviews. That way you will have some idea of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Others opinions are really the best way of discovering excellent wines.
I used to always drink cocktails and have a tasty Porky Bone recipe which I used to make up. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Porky Bone recipe uses the following ingredients:
1/2 oz maple syrup
1 oz vodka
1 oz Aftershock® Hot & Cool cinnamon schnapps
2 1/2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure are very expensive! Even during discount times, you can simply break your budget by having a few cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will choose rose wine or champagne. I have discovered which are the best organic wines available and accept that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a delicious drink which is probably much healthier and with fewer calories.
Whenever I have a choice I prefer to buy organic wine or preservative free wine. I love French wines but am glad to try anything. I have even tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not always a good idea to pick a wine based on the country where it is grown, you can be amazed at the quality of wines produced in regions not known for wine production.
There are many sites where you can find wine recommendations to enable you to make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find many reviews online. I tend to read wine forums because you can then get fairly instant comments on the wine you are thinking of buying.
If you are looking for more information on organic wines then see Treehugger for details on how choosing organic food is less damaging for the environment. Wikipedia also has some good articles on organic farms and organic food and wine.
