A nice glass of wine now and then is not only delightful for quite a lot of people, it is also believed by many to have great health benefits. While not necessarily proven, a regular glass of wine, and red wine in particular, is accepted to reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases, provide a certain amount of cancer protection and can also significantly reduce the signs of aging.

You could definitely say that I don't really drink alcohol on a weekly basis, I do love a glass of Portuguese wine every now and then, more often when I am spending a quiet meal with family. The last time I spent an evening out in Morenci, Arizona (town, unincorporated) was at Depalmas Italian Cafe. That place is a top place to eat a meal and enjoy a glass of Portuguese wine. Surprisingly, you could also do a little bit of celebrity spotting there as someone told me that Amanda Peet once had a meal there. I'm not sure if that's a true story though.

Talking of well known celebrities, that reminds me of this not so well known quote:

I am not sure who wrote or said that and not that I know why I quite suddenly remembered that but we'll leave that for another time...
