Rolls-Royce recipe

There are so many different drinks available these days that it is confusing to know what to buy. One of the easiest ways to know which the best quality wines are is to check out reviews. That means you will have some idea of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really the best way of choosing delicious wines.
I would often drink cocktails and have a tasty Rolls-Royce recipe which I used to make up. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Rolls-Royce recipe consists of only these ingredients:
1 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz sweet vermouth
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1 tsp benedictine herbal liqueur
Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a hip bar but they sure are expensive! Even during happy hour, you can simply break your budget by having some cocktails. So these days, more often than not I will choose rose wine or champagne. I have discovered which are the best organic wines available and accept that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a delicious drink which is probably better for me and with fewer calories.
Whenever I can I prefer to buy Australian organic wine or preservative free wine. I love American wines but am happy to try anything. I have happily tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to pick a wine based on the region where it is grown, you can be shocked at the quality of wines grown in areas not known for wine production.
There are many websites where you can find wine reviews to help you make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I like to read wine blogs because you can then get almost instant comments on the wine you are contemplating drinking.
If you are interested in organic wines then see Treehugger for help on how purchasing organic produce is less harmful for soils. Wikipedia also has some excellent articles on organic growing and organic food and wine.
