Royal Silver recipe

There are so many different alcoholic drinks available these days that it is difficult to know what to choose. One of the best ways to discover which the best wines are is to find reviews. At least that way you will have some idea of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really a great way of choosing excellent wines.

I did mostly drink cocktails and have a good Royal Silver recipe which I used to make. Even the most elaborate cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Royal Silver recipe consists of these ingredients:

4 oz Champagne
1/2 oz Marie Brizard® Poire Williams pear liqueur
1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
1 1/2 oz grapefruit juice

Cocktails are a lot of fun to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure are very expensive! Even during discount times, you can simply break the budget by drinking some cocktails. So now, more often than not I will stick to red wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and accept that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a great drink which is probably much healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever I have a choice I prefer to drink organic wine or no added preservative wine. I love American wines but am happy to try anything. I have happily tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to pick a wine based on the country where it is made, you can be amazed at the quality of wines produced in areas not known for wine production.

There are many places where you can find wine reviews to help you make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer rose or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I tend to read wine social media sites because you can then get fairly instant opinions on the wine you are thinking of buying.

If you are thinking of trying organic wines then check out Treehugger for details on how buying organic produce is less harmful for the environment. Wikipedia also has some great articles on organic growing and organic food and wine.

If you have a favourite wine which you like to drink then spread the word by leaving us a brief comment or if you have any questions such as how to choose a good wine or anything about champagne then ask us now!
