Ruby Port Cobbler recipe

There are plenty of different alcoholic drinks available now that it is not easy to know what to get. One of the best ways to know which the best wines are is to find reviews. That means you will have some idea of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really one of the best way of choosing great wines.

I did often drink cocktails and have a good Ruby Port Cobbler recipe which I used to make up. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Ruby Port Cobbler recipe includes these ingredients:

2 1/2 oz ruby port
3 oz club soda
1 tsp superfine sugar

Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a hip bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during discount times, you can often break the budget by drinking a few cocktails. So these days, more often than not I will stick to red wine or champagne. I have learnt which are the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a great drink which is most probably healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever I can I prefer to drink organic wine or low sulphate wine. I enjoy Australian wines but am happy to try anything. I have also tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to pick a wine based on the country where it is produced, you can be amazed at the quality of wines made in countries not known for wine production.

There are many sites where you can find wine reviews to help you make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I prefer to read wine blogs because you can then get fairly instant feedback on the wine you are thinking of buying.

If you are looking for more information on organic wines then visit Treehugger for details on how choosing organic food is less destructive for soils. Wikipedia also has some great articles on organic growing and organic food and wine.

If you have a special wine which you enjoy to drink then spread the word by leaving us a message or if you have any questions such as how to choose a good wine or anything about champagne then ask us and we will get back to you!
