Rue Royale recipe

There are many different drinks available now that it is difficult to know what to buy. One of the easiest ways to know which the best quality wines are is to read reviews. That means you will have some inclination of the type of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Others opinions are really a great way of choosing great wines.

I used to often drink cocktails and have a tasty Rue Royale recipe which I used to mix. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Rue Royale recipe uses the following ingredients:

3 1/2 oz Champagne
1 oz Marie Brizard® Creme de Fraise des Bois
1/2 oz cognac

Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure are expensive! Even during specials, you can often break the budget by consuming a few cocktails. So now, more often than not I will choose red wine or champagne. I have learnt which are the best organic wines available and accept that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a delicious drink which is most likely healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever I have a choice I prefer to buy organic wines or low sulphate wine. I enjoy French wines but am glad to try anything. I have happily tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not always a good idea to judge a wine based on the country where it is grown, you can be amazed at the quality of wines grown in regions not known for wine production.

There are many sites where you can find wine recommendations to enable you to make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer rose or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I prefer to read wine forums because you can then get almost instant comments on the wine you are thinking of buying.

If you are looking for more information on organic wines then visit Treehugger for information on how buying organic produce is less harmful for the environment. Wikipedia also has some excellent articles on organic farming and organic food and wine.
