Santa Fe recipe

There are plenty of different drinks available these days that it is not easy to know what to get. One of the simplest ways to know which the best quality wines are is to read reviews. That way you will have some knowledge of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Others opinions are really one of the best way of discovering excellent wines.

I used to often drink cocktails and have a great Santa Fe recipe which I used to mix. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. For instance, the Santa Fe recipe includes these ingredients:

1 1/4 oz tequila
fill with 7-Up® soda
1/2 oz triple sec
1 lime wedge

Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure are very expensive! Even during discount times, you can often break your budget by consuming a few cocktails. So now, more often than not I will choose white wine or champagne. I have discovered which are the best organic wines available and believe that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a delicious drink which is most probably healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever possible I prefer to drink Australian organic wine or no added preservative wine. I adore Australian wines but am happy to try anything. I have even tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not always a good idea to judge a wine based on the region where it is grown, you can be amazed at the quality of wines made in regions not known for wine production.

There are many websites where you can find wine information to enable you to make a good choice in wine. Whether you prefer rose or sparkling wine, you can find many reviews online. I tend to read wine blogs because you can then get almost instant feedback on the wine you are contemplating buying.
