There are many different beverages available these days that it is confusing to know what to get. One of the best ways to find out which the best quality wines are is to read reviews. That way you will have some inclination of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really a great way of choosing delicious wines.
I used to always drink cocktails and have a great Schnider recipe which I used to make. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. For instance, the Schnider recipe includes these ingredients:
4 shots peach schnapps
1 pint cider
Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during happy hour, you can often break your budget by drinking a few cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will stick to red wine or champagne. I have learnt which are the best organic wines available and accept that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a great drink which is probably much healthier and with fewer calories.
Whenever I can I prefer to drink organic wines or low sulphate wine. I love Australian wines but am happy to try anything. I have even tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to judge a wine based on the region where it is produced, you can be shocked at the quality of wines made in regions not known for wine production.
There are many places where you can find wine recommendations to enable you to make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I prefer to read wine forums because you can then get almost instant feedback on the wine you are considering drinking.
If you are thinking of trying organic wines then check out Treehugger for information on how choosing organic produce is less destructive for soils. Wikipedia also has some good articles on organic growing and organic food and wine.
