Scotch Cooler recipe

There are so many different drinks available these days that it is difficult to know what to buy. One of the simplest ways to find out which the best quality wines are is to check out reviews. At least that way you will have some knowledge of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Others opinions are really the best way of discovering great wines.

I used to mostly drink cocktails and have a tasty Scotch Cooler recipe which I used to mix. Even the most elaborate cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Scotch Cooler recipe uses these ingredients:

2 oz Scotch whisky
3 dashes white creme de menthe
carbonated water

Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure are very expensive! Even during specials, you can simply break the budget by drinking a few cocktails. So now, more often than not I will stick to white wine or champagne. I have learnt which are the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a tasty drink which is most likely better for me and with fewer calories.

Whenever possible I prefer to buy Australian organic wine or low sulphate wine. I enjoy American wines but am willing to try anything. I have also tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to pick a wine based on the location where it is produced, you can be amazed at the quality of wines grown in areas not known for wine production.

There are many places where you can find wine information to allow you to make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I prefer to read wine social media sites because you can then get almost instant opinions on the wine you are thinking of purchasing.

If you are looking for more information on organic wines then see Treehugger for help on how choosing organic food is less harmful for the environment. Wikipedia also has some good articles on organic farms and organic food and wine.

If you have a particular wine which you like to drink then spread the word by leaving us a brief comment or if you have any questions such as which cheap wines are the best or anything about champagne then ask us today!
