There are plenty of different alcoholic drinks available in the shops that it is not easy to know what to buy. One of the easiest ways to discover which the best wines are is to check out reviews. That means you will have some knowledge of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really one of the best way of discovering excellent wines.

I would often drink cocktails and have a tasty Sex On My Face recipe which I used to make up. Even the most elaborate cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Sex On My Face recipe includes only these ingredients:

1/2 oz Yukon Jack® Canadian whisky
1/2 oz Malibu® coconut rum
1/2 oz Southern Comfort® peach liqueur
1/2 oz banana liqueur
1 splash cranberry juice
1 splash pineapple juice
1 splash orange juice

Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during discount times, you can often break the budget by drinking a few cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will choose rose wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and accept that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a tasty drink which is probably healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever possible I prefer to drink organic wines or preservative free wine. I love French wines but am happy to try anything. I have happily tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not always a good idea to pick a wine based on the country where it is made, you can be shocked at the quality of wines produced in regions not known for wine production.

There are many sites where you can find wine recommendations to help you make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I tend to read wine forums because you can then get immediate feedback on the wine you are considering drinking.

If you are thinking of trying organic wines then visit Treehugger for information on how buying organic food is less harmful for the environment. Wikipedia also has some great articles on organic farms and organic food and wine.
