Sherry Cocktail recipe

There are plenty of different drinks available in the shops that it is confusing to know what to choose. One of the easiest ways to know which the best quality wines are is to read reviews. That means you will have some idea of the type of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Others opinions are really a great way of finding great wines.
I would mostly drink cocktails and have a good Sherry Cocktail recipe which I used to mix. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Sherry Cocktail recipe uses only these ingredients:
2 1/2 oz fino sherry
1/2 oz absinthe herbal liqueur
1/2 oz maraschino liqueur
Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during happy hour, you can easily break the budget by consuming a couple of cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will drink red wine or champagne. I have discovered which are the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a great drink which is most likely healthier and with fewer calories.
Whenever I have a choice I prefer to drink organic wine or low sulphate wine. I enjoy French wines but am willing to try anything. I have also tried wines from Argentina before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to choose a wine based on the location where it is produced, you can be amazed at the quality of wines grown in areas not known for wine production.
There are many websites where you can find wine reviews to enable you to make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I tend to read wine forums because you can then get almost instant comments on the wine you are contemplating purchasing.
If you are looking for more information on organic wines then see Treehugger for help on how choosing organic produce is less destructive for out planet. Wikipedia also has some great articles on organic farms and organic food and wine.
