Silent Monk recipe

There are plenty of different drinks available in the shops that it is difficult to know what to get. One of the best ways to find out which the best wines are is to find reviews. That means you will have some knowledge of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Others opinions are really one of the best way of choosing great wines.
I would mostly drink cocktails and have a tasty Silent Monk recipe which I used to mix. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Silent Monk recipe includes the following ingredients:
1 oz benedictine herbal liqueur
1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
1 oz light cream
Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a hip bar but they sure are expensive! Even during discount times, you can simply break the budget by having some cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will choose red wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and accept that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a great drink which is most probably much healthier and with fewer calories.
Whenever possible I prefer to buy organic wines or low sulphate wine. I love Australian wines but am willing to try anything. I have happily tried wines from Argentina before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not always a good idea to choose a wine based on the region where it is produced, you can be shocked at the quality of wines made in areas not known for wine production.
There are many sites where you can find wine recommendations to allow you to make a good choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I tend to read wine social media sites because you can then get almost instant feedback on the wine you are contemplating purchasing.
If you are thinking of trying organic wines then visit Treehugger for help on how buying organic food is less destructive for out planet. Wikipedia also has some great articles on organic farming and organic food and wine.
