There are plenty of different beverages available in the shops that it is confusing to know what to get. One of the simplest ways to know which the best quality wines are is to check out reviews. That way you will have some inclination of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really one of the best way of finding great wines.

I did mostly drink cocktails and have a tasty Slap Your Mama recipe which I used to make. Even the most elaborate cocktails are actually easy to make. For instance, the Slap Your Mama recipe consists of the following ingredients:

1 part Mountain Dew® citrus soda
1 part orange juice
1 part spiced rum

Cocktails are a lot of fun to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure are expensive! Even during discount times, you can easily break a budget by consuming a few cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will drink red wine or champagne. I have discovered which are the best organic wines available and accept that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a delicious drink which is most probably healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever I have a choice I prefer to drink Australian organic wine or low sulphate wine. I enjoy French wines but am glad to try anything. I have also tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to pick a wine based on the location where it is grown, you can be shocked at the quality of wines produced in areas not known for wine production.

There are many sites where you can find wine information to help you make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer rose or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I like to read wine blogs because you can then get fairly instant comments on the wine you are thinking of purchasing.

If you are looking for more information on organic wines then visit Treehugger for help on how purchasing organic food is less destructive for soils. Wikipedia also has some excellent articles on organic farms and organic food and wine.

If you have a particular wine which you enjoy to drink then spread the word by leaving us a brief comment or if you have any questions such as how to choose a good wine or anything about champagne then ask us and we will get back to you!
