There are so many different drinks available now that it is difficult to know what to get. One of the easiest ways to find out which the best value for money wines are is to read reviews. That means you will have some idea of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Others opinions are really a great way of discovering delicious wines.
I used to often drink cocktails and have a great Smurf Piss #2 recipe which I used to make. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Smurf Piss #2 recipe uses these ingredients:
1 oz Absolut® vodka
1 oz DeKuyper Island Blue Pucker
5 oz lemonade
Cocktails are a lot of fun to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during specials, you can easily break a budget by consuming some cocktails. So these days, more often than not I will drink rose wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and believe that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a tasty drink which is most likely better for me and with fewer calories.
Whenever I can I prefer to drink Australian organic wine or no added preservative wine. I love Australian wines but am happy to try anything. I have even tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to choose a wine based on the country where it is made, you can be surprised at the quality of wines made in regions not known for wine production.
There are many places where you can find wine recommendations to help you make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I tend to read wine social media sites because you can then get almost instant feedback on the wine you are considering purchasing.
