A small glass or two of wine every now and then is not only loosening for some people, it is also thought to have a wide number of health benefits. Although possibility not proven, drinking the odd glass of wine, and red wine in particular, is widely believed to reduce the risk of heart disease, provide an increased amount of cancer protection and could possibly also significantly reduce the signs of aging.

South American Wine in Ketchikan

You could definitely say that I don't really drink alcohol on a weekly basis, I do enjoy a glass of South American wine occasionally, generally when I'm having a quiet dinner with family. The last time I spent an evening out in Ketchikan was at Culver's Frozen Custard. That's a pretty cool place to eat dinner and drink a glass of South American wine. Not forgetting, you could also do a little bit of celebrity spotting there as I have heard that Angie Harmon once had a couple of drinks there. I am not sure if I believe that though.

Talking of famous people, that reminds me of this not so well known quote:

It's not love's going hurts my days But that it went in little ways.

Not that I have a clue who said that and I admit I don't know why I suddenly remembered that but that is off topic...

Back to the drinks, if you are wishing to have a delicious little glass of wine (or two) in Ketchikan, try some South American wine, it's well worth it.
