South Side recipe

There are many different alcoholic drinks available in the shops that it is difficult to know what to get. One of the best ways to find out which the best wines are is to check out reviews. That way you will have some idea of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really one of the best way of choosing great wines.
I used to mostly drink cocktails and have a good South Side recipe which I used to mix. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the South Side recipe includes these ingredients:
1 - 2 oz vodka
1/2 oz triple sec
2 oz lime juice
ice
mint leaves
1 - 2 oz soda water
Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure are very expensive! Even during discount times, you can often break a budget by consuming a few cocktails. So now, more often than not I will drink red wine or champagne. I have learnt which are the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a delicious drink which is probably much healthier and with fewer calories.
Whenever I have a choice I prefer to drink organic wine or low sulphate wine. I adore American wines but am glad to try anything. I have even tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not always a good idea to pick a wine based on the region where it is grown, you can be shocked at the quality of wines made in regions not known for wine production.
There are many sites where you can find wine reviews to help you make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I prefer to read wine forums because you can then get immediate comments on the wine you are thinking of drinking.
