Sweet and Hot recipe

There are so many different drinks available now that it is confusing to know what to choose. One of the best ways to discover which the best wines are is to read reviews. At least that way you will have some idea of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Others opinions are really a great way of choosing excellent wines.

I would mostly drink cocktails and have a good Sweet and Hot recipe which I used to make. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Sweet and Hot recipe consists of the following ingredients:

1 1/2 oz dark rum
3/4 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
3/4 oz cream
2 oz milk
1 twist lemon peel
1 clove

Cocktails are a lot of fun to have at a party or at a hip bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during discount times, you can simply break the budget by drinking a few cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will stick to white wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and believe that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a tasty drink which is most probably healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever I can I prefer to order Australian organic wine or preservative free wine. I enjoy French wines but am happy to try anything. I have happily tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not always a good idea to judge a wine based on the country where it is produced, you can be surprised at the quality of wines made in regions not known for wine production.

There are many sites where you can find wine reviews to help you make a good choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find many reviews online. I prefer to read wine social media sites because you can then get fairly instant feedback on the wine you are contemplating buying.

If you are thinking of trying organic wines then visit Treehugger for help on how choosing organic produce is less harmful for soils. Wikipedia also has some excellent articles on organic farming and organic food and wine.
